AL ZEINA RESIDENTIAL TOWERS, ABUDHABI

The Project consists of 18 Residential Buildings and various types of Beach Villas. The Buildings includes various tower ranging mainly from 6 Storey to 14 Storey’s with a Common basement for all buildings. The Total Built up area is around 300,000 m2. The project has 1221 Apartments. The project involves various modern energy saving systems including District cooling system for air-conditioning, Solar system etc. The Main Client for the Project is ALDAR and the Consultant is PELL FRISCHMANN.

VINS has been appointed to prepare detailed, engineering drawings for electrical and mechanical services.

Vins Scope includes preparation of 2D Shop Drawings.

The Work involves the Following Services:
Air conditioning and Ventilation, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Water Supply, Lighting , Power, Containment, Builders Work.
