The project is a 5 Star Hotel facility having various Buildings and accommodation. The Total built up area is around 142,500 m2. The Project consist of a Common Basement. It has a huge Hotel Building consisting of a Ground + 7 Storey building. There are 3 Apartment building having Ground +8 Storey. The others building includes various types of Beach Suites, Beach Royal Suite, Beach Restaurant, Sea Food Restaurant, Kids Restaurant, Administration Office, Lodge Villas etc. The Buildings are provided with High End technology in Mechanical and Electrical Services having a fully Automatic control of all System with the Building Management System. The Main Client for the Project is MIRK General Trading LLC and the Consultant is MIRK Architectural and Engineering.

VINS has been appointed to prepare detailed, coordinated engineering drawings for electrical and mechanical services.

Vins Scope includes preparation of 2D Shop Drawings.

The Work involves the Following Services:
Air conditioning and Ventilation, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Water Supply, Lighting , Power, Containment, Builders Work.
