The Hotel Building is a 14 Storey Building providing a 5 Star facility. The Grand Stand which has a lot of Shopping areas, Restaurants etc. is a 13 Storey Building. Godolphin is 10 Storey Building with Multiplex IMAX theatre. Boat house is a 7 Storey building. The Car Park area is a 3 Storey Building. The Main Client is MEYDAN and the Consultant is TAK ( Teo A Khing Design Consultants Sdn Bhd )

Vins Scope includes preparation of 2D Shop Drawings.

The Work involves the Following Services:
Air conditioning and Ventilation, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Water Supply, Lighting , Power, Containment, Builders Work.
