The 75,000 to 100,000m² Phase 4 development completes the beachfront experience, flanked by the three hotels of Madinat Jumeirah on one side, Burj Al Arab ahead and Wild Wadi Waterpark and Jumeirah Beach Hotel on the other side.

Madinat Jumeirah’s new development has been designed to connect with neighbouring buildings so hotel guests may easily access the broader resort which includes 26 swimming pools and over three kilometres of waterways complete with 40 traditional abras (or water taxis) to transport guests around the resort.

The architecture of the Phase 4 development offers a comfortable visual transition between the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the existing Madinat Jumeirah Resort.

Vins Scope includes 3D BIM Modelling in Fabrication CAD MEP and preparation of 2D Shop Drawings from the Coordinated 3D Models.
